17 bookmarklets for the iPhone

The folks over at LifeClever have composed a list of 17 ‘bookmarklets’ — little Javascript prompts that perform browser functions — that can be used with your iphone. There are some really good ones there, which ‘fix’ a few of the shortcomings in mobile Safari.

My favorites:

  • Open links in new window Makes links appear in new windows when you tap on them.
  • Find in this page Results are in bold and highlighted in yellow directly on page
  • Quick Searches for Wikipedia, Amazon, IMDB and more
