Google is piloting a project wherein they are storing the medical records of approximately 15,000 volunteers. The records are stored in the users Google account for retrieval anywhere.
I really can’t think of any practical reasons for this other than perhaps tying it into a ’shareable’ network that would allow you to grant access to a physician (i.e. Google Calendar), …
