Entourage 2008 features in-depth

Over on the Microsoft Technet blog, there is a pretty comprehensive overview of what’s new in Entourage 2008.

Why not make the stuff compliant with existing, proven standards, eh?

Anyway, pop on over to the …

16gb iPhone still overshadowed by the 32gb Touch

A few months ago, I wrote about the lack of a 16gb iPhone to match the (at that time) new iPod Touch. Today, Apple buckled to pressure from my tens of rabid fans and decided to capitulate by announcing the addition of a 16gb model, priced at $499 USD to join the 8gb $399 model.

Apple Store
Of note, however, is the simultaneous introduction of a 32gb version of the iPod Touch ($499), which is accompanied by the smaller 16gb model ($399) and an 8gb version ($299).

This bring to mind …

Rant: AT&T , MMS, iPhone & ‘viewmymessage.com’

Dear AT&T/Apple,
For the love of all that’s holy – please fix this crappy, amateur hour, seemingly hard to screw-up service!

For those of you not in the know, the iPhone doesn’t natively support MMS messages, meaning that if someone sends a photo or sound file to your phone number it doesn’t come in like a normal text message or email.

Try MMS Buddy!

Aside from the fact that it’s a sorely missed feature that is available on the most poorly constructed and thought out handsets (hey Moto…’sup?), it is made even more insulting …
