One of my favorite programs, ExpanDrive, has been updated this morning with a slew of improvements and bug fixes.Expandrive-1

Desktop Transport, from Devon, goes unlimited

Is an iPhone refresh imminent?

CNet is of the opinion that it is…and I concur. I’ve been advising anyone who asks me to wait until June – which is the most likely release date given the launch of the AppStore and v2 firmware.

The most likely plan of attack is that Apple is getting rid of stock (witness the ATT $250 refurb special of a couple weeks back), then will announce the new version in a couple of weeks. This will insure that recent buyers can’t return it in exchange for a new model (without the obligatory restocking fee).
