As someone who uses my iPhone for both personal and work purposes, this is a serious flaw. If you value your privacy or are in a situation that calls for you to respect the privacy of others on a professional level, you need to look into this and resolve it using the information below. The fix is amazingly simple, but that doesn’t remove the fact that the security hole exists in the first place.
