App of the Day: Remember the Milk
This is going to be short and sweet: Remember the Milk is a task management program that is actually easy to use and quite intuitive. It also has the distinct advantage of being one of the only task management programs I can use effectively without worrying about missing something because I am away from a specific device.

What I mean by that is that I can add a task at a whim by any number of means, including:
- my iPhone
- Twitter (D rtm write a post about RTM!)
- an iGoogle gadget
- a Dashboard widget
- Google Calendar
- QuickSilver
- GMail integration
Yeah, and these are just the ones I'm using. There are many more available here.
The beauty of this is that no matter where I am, or what app I am using, I can easily sync my tasks and notes while using natural language (call Andy tomorrow at 4) to add them.
Also of note is the location awareness built into the iPhone app as well as the RTM interface - you can add a location, like 'Frys' on your location list, and RTM will show you tasks you have assigned to that location. Think about that for a second - shopping lists, conversation points and reminds of all sorts, available to you when you get where you're going.
it's awesome stuff, folks, and I heartily recommend trying it out. The basic RTM is free, but you can add advanced features for only $25 per year - a small price to pay for productivity, in my opinion.
