iPhone - Remote Desktop Lite (Windows access)

If you are like me, you’re tired of taking crap from the other kids in the IT playground just because their Windows Mobile phones can do RDP. Well no longer, says I - MochaSoft has released RDP for the iPhone (as well as their VNCicon and Telneticon clients of course).

No longer will I suffer the indignities of VNCing to my Mac just to RDP back into a server - nay, now I can keep my fat ass at the buffet and login from my iPhone natively, changing passwords and restarting machines at will.

Oh, how the worm has turned.

Check out Remote Desktop Lite here.icon

This is, as the name indicates, a Lite version for free. Typically MochaSofticon releases full versions at around $5.99 later.

More details:

Mocha Remote Desktop (RDP) provides access to a PC running Windows XP Professional.
It enables you to have full, secure access to your work computer through wifi or the phones network (EDGE).
Using your iPhone, you can connect to your Windows Computer and see the files, programs, and resources exactly as you would if you were sitting at your desk, just on a smaller screen.

LITE VERSION
Compared to the Lite version the full version has:
- Another cool key board
- Support for right mouse button
- Text macro support
- Can handle 20 different Host configurations

FEATURES
- Standard RDP protocol
- 8 bit color mode for faster screen updates
- Zoom and scroll as the Safari Browser
- Server screen size 600×800,1024×768 or 1280×1024
- Landscape mode

LIMITATIONS
