The Contest Rules and Fine Print:
- The prize for the contest is a mint condition Apple iPhone, 8gb capacity/1st gen model complete with original packaging, cables and accessories including a case (recommended to keep it in great shape!).
- The iPhone will be configured with iPhone OS version 3.0, with Push Notifications, Copy & Paste and MMS capabilities!
- The iPhone has no guarantees (other than to be in perfect working condition!) - no warranties are implied and BabyGotMac.com is not responsible for the iPhone after it is awarded and received by the winner.
- Entries must be submitted by 12pm EST (noon) on July 1st, 2009.
- The winner is responsible for their own cellular service - the phone does not come with an activated phone line or number but is ready to activate on the AT&T Wireless service in the US. While this model of the iPhone CAN be unlocked for use on other carriers, we do not condone nor offer any support for such activities.
- Speaking of the US - the contest is only open to those in the United States.
- Speaking of the US part two: shipping will be USPS Priority in the continental US.
