I hear you. Here's one for you: I registered a domain with Yahoo back in 2001 or so... There was a glitch with the process and somehow their system registered the domain but never transferred it to me. So I was charged for the domain and never got it. And they've charged me $25 for the renewal EACH YEAR SINCE. I've tried calling, chatting, emailing... no one can fix it. Eventually I even tried not updating my credit card info and letting it expire -- unfortunately I was using Yahoo Music at the time and had to update the card to get access to the music again. I'm STILL being charged for that domain, and I have never once used it... I think we can both say Yahoo domains suck so bad.
