A quick note about one of our other favorite utilities, ExpanDrive. They’ve just released an update that adds support for FTP and Secure FTP connections as methods of connecting to remote sites.
In case you don’t know, ExpanDrive mounts remote shares and disks (such as file servers, web hosts, etc.) as local disks – it is aware of when a drive is idle or disconnected and can seamlessly reconnect if needed. Good day, gentle readers.
The guys over at Magnetk have been kind enough to send us a $5 off coupon code for their great Mac utility, ExpanDrive.

ExpanDrive lets you mount a remote server as if it were a local filesystem…meaning that if you have a website, you can view its contents, edit files and read/write to the site as if it were a drive in your computer.
Check ExpanDrive out by visiting their site, and if you decide you like it, the coupon code is available after the jump.
